Unlike other watch apps, My Watch Memoir is built around PRIVACY & SECURITY.
All your watch collection data is stored locally on your device (you control the data), we don’t host any of it (reason why you don’t have to create an account), and your watch collection data will never be shared with third parties (only you have access to it).

YES! My Watch Memoir is FREE for all users.
We are able to support and maintain our free service by showing ads that were carefully designed to not interfere with the functionality or user experience.
Even though the app is FREE, you can contribute to our App Development (via the app) if you use it and find it valuable (ads are not removed if you contribute to our App Development).
If you don't want to see ads, we offer an Ad-Free Paid version (search for My Watch Memoir in your app store).
No, My Watch Memoir is built around PRIVACY & SECURITY and you can only see and manage your own collection.
All your watch collection data is stored locally on your device (you control the data), we don’t host any of it (reason why you don’t have to create an account), and your watch collection data will never be shared with third parties (only you have access to it).
Super easy! Go to your collection page > click on the saved watch you want to share > click on the export button on the top right corner > generate the type of extract/PDF you want (two options) and share it (Email, WhatsApp, AirDrop, etc.)
Please note that you can generate two types of extracts/PDFs:
(1) Extract with only the watch details
(2) Extract with the watch details + ownership details (purchase/sale data, service details, personal notes
Please note that the four (4) pictures that show up on your watch extract are the first 4 photos you saved for the watch.
Since we do not collect, use, save or have access to any of your watch collection data recorded in My Watch Memoir App, it is your responsibility to backup and save your information.
The app has a built-in functionality that makes creating and restoring a backup super easy. Simply go to the Settings page > Data Backup section and with a couple of clicks you will be all set (instructions located in the Data Backup section).
We recommend exporting a backup locally so your data will be securely backed-up and can be restored on your existing/new device. Like any backup, better if you also transfer/save a copy of the backup file at another location (e.g. external hard drive, cloud, computer, etc.) in case the data in your phone is wiped out.
After a backup has been created and/or you have saved the backup file in your phone, you can import the backup by selecting IMPORT BACKUP and searching for ""My Watch Memoir backup"" in your phone.
NO! To save a watch in the Collection page >Watches section, there are only 8 required fields (ALL the rest are optional). These 8 fields (clearly marked with an * ) are required so the app can generate the great analytics & financial metrics displayed in the Summary page.
At the same time, you can save/add a watch with just ONE single input/word using the Collection page > Wishlist section. Easiest thing to do for those who just want to add a picture and a watch name.

My Watch Memoir was designed to record & preserve 25 timepieces and their corresponding stories, service log, etc. Many collectors may never rotate through 25 watches in their lifetime, but we know many who will.
In case you rotate through more than 25 pieces, you can simply add another volume of My Watch Memoir to your library (one of our customers just started Volume III). Please note that My Watch Memoir has a section in the first page where you can list the Volume #.

My Watch Memoir ships domestically and internationally via USPS. Most orders ship within 2 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are based on the order amount and your location. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large, bulky items.
My Watch Memoir will not be responsible for any customs or duty fees charged as a result of your order, please check all relevant information regarding this before placing your order with us.
*** International Shipping Update (Sept 2020) ***
International packages will now be shipped via UPS only given the current intl. delays with USPS. We are subsidizing the shipping cost and packages should be delivered within 7 Business Days.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase from My Watch Memoir.
To start a return, you can contact us at mail@MyWatchMemoir.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
